Three more weeks left and then the new sequel: Command and Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight will be available at your local game store. Illusion, Oreios and Erates, the top 3 winners of the C&C3: Kane's Wrath compo during FoM 12.0 will, thanks to Electronic Arts be some of the first gamers that will have this new title in their possession.

Although the Command and Conquer series are pretty well known in the games world,  EA has made some remarkable changes to revive the C&C series, even the die-hard fans will have to somehow adapt to this new title. The biggest changes are mainly the input of the 'experience points' you will receive by all sorts of actions during the game. Also on the graphical aspect there have been changes and the typical movies are changed by some real acting movies wich brings you even more into the story.

 They've also added a new class system where you have to choose between the Offensive, Defensive or Support class. On multiplayer-level you can play five against five other players.
A remarkable move of EA is the removal of LAN-support for C&C4: Tiberian Twilight. Also you won't be able to play on any dedicated servers. These changes have been made due the implementation of a system that saves the progress of all the players accounts on the servers of EA. The positive factor of these changes is the ability to log in on any PC where you can continue playing with the recent unlocked parts of the game.

Of course we hope for our FoM participants that Electronic Arts will reconsider their move of not bringing LAN-support into C&C4: Tiberian Twilight and that they somehow will bring in the needed LAN-support.
