This weekend it’s time to LAN to your hearts content at Frag-o-Matic! A good preparation is important and to help you with that we listed some useful information below:
Check-in:
Frag-o-Matic 20.0 starts 16 february 2018 at 18:00. After opening it’s time to check-in. To go through this proces as smooth as possible please keep the following things at hand:
- Printed ticket (Tablets and smarthphones don’t scan)
- Your ID
What do I bring?

- Doublecheck if you packed your powercables, displaycables, multiple powersocket (without fuse or switch), networkcable, …
- Be sure to update your games before you leave home.
Where can I read the terms and conditions?
- We ask every participant and visitor to follow our terms and conditions.

- The general smoking ban also applies to e-sigarettes and vaping.
- Keep your seat clean. You can dispose your garbage in the forseen trashbins/bags.
Glass bottles you can dispose at the bar.
- We would like to ask you to place all unused white chairs of the Oktoberhallen at the beginning of the row you are seated.

Where do I go if I have questions or a problem?
- The helpdesk! (The helpdesk is located left of the mainstage)
Do you have questions, computer problems or are you in need of first aid? The helpdesk is there for you!
- You can always mail support@fom.be
- You can always log a ticket yourself for our helpdesk at http://helpdesk.fom.be
- In case needed, the helpdesk also sells networkcables, powersockets and earplugs. (Until stock runs out)
Other handy information:
- Drink- and food cards are available at the bar (cash only) and helpdesk (cash and card)
- You can find the number of your seat on your wristband
- The Oktoberhallen does not provide an ATM
Nearest ATM: ING Herdesem, Grote baan 204, Wieze (1,3 km)

Please do not bring prepared food from external catering services to FoM.
