General Game Rules:

You are only allowed on the left side, baron side, of the map!
You are NOT allowed to enter any lane. Jungle ONLY!
You are NOT allowed to go near enemy lane minions or kill or leech xp from them in any way.
You are NOT allowed to kill jungle creeps. (You are allowed to aggro them, but not attack them any further. Hitting creeps BY ACCIDENT with AoE spells aimed at enemies is allowed.)
Teemo:
- You are NOT allowed to go invisible or stand still.
- You are NOT allowed to stay in your base for more than 30 seconds after respawning.
- You are NOT allowed to run back into your base or recall.
- You are allowed to use movements speed runes and items.
- You are only allowed to buy at the start of the game and after death.
Other players:
- NO movement speed runes or items (NO Boots, Zeal, PD, LB, ...)
- Gold and XP runes / items are allowed.
- You can recall anytime you want and buy.
- You are allowed to run back into your base.
Defending team (left side, blue side):
- One player, just one, must be Teemo.
- Other players can play ANY champion they want, including Vel'Koz.
- Wards and oracles are allowed.
- All summoner spells ar allowed.
Attacking team (right side, purple side):
- You are allowed to play ANY champion you want, except for Teemo.
- Wards and oracles are allowed.
- All summoner spells are allowed.
Running outside the map boundaries:
- If any player moves outside the allowed map boundaries that team gets a 1 point penalty.
- If a team gets 3 points penalty they lose the game.
- If any player moves outside the boundary on purpose that team loses.
- Proof is required to get a team disqualified.
Win Conditions:
- Attacking team wins if they kill Teemo 4x before 20:01.
- Defending team wins if Teemo doesn't die 4x before 20:01.
