League of legends is one of the giants of the MOBA genre, with 67 million players monthly. Also the most watched game in the world, with its World championship reaching 32 million viewers.
And even if today this game can boast about being the most played game and having the most active community, very few events put the latter forward. So a group of passionate gamers have decided to fix this by launching League Tour, the first European convention entirely dedicated to the universe of League of Legends.
Our project unites the 3 main dimensions of the game, Entertainment, Creation and Challenge, into a single convention. To achieve this, League tour is divided into multiple zones, each with their own theme and set of activities. Take as an example , the jungle, filled with all sorts of games revisited in the theme of League of legends, come discover Pac man, connect-four or space invaders with this new twist. Or the E-stage, where the finals of our amateur championship, with 128 competing for a prize pool of 15000 euros, match analyses, conferences and more will take place. The League Tour is composed of 6 zones, over 75 activities and over a hundred special guests. All this is based on the demand of the public. Our goal is to have each player find his place, not just as a simple spectator, but as an actor in his event.
The community was our main focus during the creation process, helping us define their needs and wishes. This allowed us to create different zones to be able to satisfy every player, such as the Arena, Mundo’s lab or Sona’s workshop.
It’s in this context of co-creation that we’ve decided to call for crowdfunding to finance a part of this event. League Tour is already a concrete project; this crowdfunding will help us improve the event by offering better comfort to the visitors, a larger prize pool, more special guests, and a better quality for our live broadcast of the event and championship. Every euro collected will go to improving League Tour and enhancing the experience.
League Tour is an ambitious project, and to succeed we’ll need your support. Our long-term goal is to become a household name, offering unique experiences to gamers all around the world. We want to give players the event of their dreams, and have them build it with us, by sharing their wishes and opinions with us via our various online platforms.
Our convention will take place in Brussels, on the 24th and 25th of October 2015. Brussels, the capital of Europe, will be put forward on this weekend. And we’ll welcome 10000 visitors from Belgium and neighboring countries.

Dear inmates at FoM 17.0,
You have already chosen a cell block (A until W) on the seatmap to put your PC, but today we have build two extra cell blocks X & Y in the sleeping hall. These cell blocks have extra security fences and are equiped with 3 double beds, good for 6 inmates!
During the opening funcompo we will find out who are the two best escape kings in our prison. They will be able to sleep in one of these two extra secured sleeping hall cells for the rest of the LAN party, together with their clan / gang.

Signups for the SC2 compo have been opened. Like last year, the final check-in will take place on Friday, 22:00. The rulebook has received some updates, and can be found here. The most important things to notice are:

Doesn’t matter, we are there for YOU. Our crew can perform miracles and will try to give you a great experience at our event !
At this moment, our crew is already building up. Also a good time to boot up your pc and update your games.
At Fom we offer an extensive catering (French fries, pizza’s, hamburgers, sandwiches, snacks, noodles, BBQ, …).
You can bring candy/drinks but limited. You don’t bring full beer crates.
We would like to welcome our newest partner at Frag-o-Matic: Inkart!
Inkart is an indoor karting based at Puurs - Antwerp which tries to excel at quality on all fronts: great karting experience, great food and loads of fun!

At Frag-o-Matic 17.0 Prison we have a dresscode and as the title might suggest this will be ‘Prison’. On saturday the 14th of February at 19h00 we invite you to dress up in your best outfit to match with the Prison theme. We can’t wait to see with which incredible costumes you will surprise us!
Prison fences keep you locked from the outside world. You can not pass them or climb over them because the guards would shoot you down. But maybe, just maybe you can ask someone to throw a knife, cellphone or a gun over them? Or even something bigger, a tool that you desperately need on a LAN party?
Fractal Design is also present at FoM this edition and provides us with six Node 605 cases.
This case has been designed to fit perfectly with your home cinema equipment and thus is the perfect case to build your own HTPC!

This edition Corsair will be present again and give their full attention to the CS:GO competition! They will be providing vouchers in collaboration with Tones to purchase Corsair gear in the Tones shop. Make sure your vocal cords are ready to shout HEADSHOT when needed because the battle will be fierce to obtain these vouchers!
Noctua, specialist in terms of cooling, will be providing a nice package of prizes and goodies for FoM 17.0!

This Frag-o-Matic there will be a cooperation of 666-gamers and FoM to give you a delicious BBQ! 666-gamers is known for their BBQ skills and people that know them will certainly know that this is a meal you just cannot miss. 666-gamers will also bring Prison-Ladies to serve the food. 666-gamers and FoM wish you a fantastic meal and a fantastic L@N!
The BBQ will be on Saturday 14/02/2015 at the red gate from 18:00 until 21:00 next to the FoM kitchen “In Den Ownage”. The price is 15 EUR per person.

We regret to announce to those who haven’t ordered a ticket yet that the stock of remaining tickets has decreased to zero at this moment. That means that you cannot order a ticket anymore on the website.
Tickets that will come available through cancelled orders and repayments (if you can’t escape prison on time, we will refund you) will be placed back into the webshop.
If you are lucky to have a ticket, or your payment gets validated, then please select a seat on the seatmap as soon as possible. If you can not find a suitable seat, or you want some changes, please contact the seatmap admins at seatmap@fom.be with the following guidelines:
For those who are missing out this time, I can only give one advice: don't hesitate next edition to order your tickets and do it as soon as possible.
After a week filled with reservations, we'll open up the seatmap on Thursday January 8 at 20.00 (Belgian time). If you have more than 5 tickets and you would like to reserve a spot on the seatmap, you can still do this until that date and time.
After this date, if you can't fit your clan in anywhere on the seatmap, you can still send a mail to seatmap@fom.be with an explanation of where you'd like to sit, with how many people and why.
