GENERAL RULES

• All games will be played on the default settings, unless otherwise specified, in the individual Game Rules below.
• All macros available via the in-game controller configuration menu are allowed.
• Hardware programmable input entry, rapid-fire, modifiers, macros, or other hardware assisted mechanisms are prohibited.
• Accidentally pausing the game at any time during a tournament game will force you to forfeit the round (and potentially the game).

Bracket/game rules:

• Double Elimination
• Default settings
• 2/3 Rounds per Game
• 2/3 Games per Set
• 3/5 Games for top 6 finals (Upper bracket finals, lower bracket finals & Grand finals)
• Winner of prior game must keep same character (Picking random means picking random again)
• Loser of prior game may switch character
• Random stage select (players may opt for an agreed stage)
• Bracket reset rule is applied (lower bracket finalist has to win 2 sets in the Grand finals to win the tournament)

We ask to play as many games locally on participant devices as possible.

*People without the game can still participate. FoM has one console with 2 controllers & the game available, this will be set up near the crew-area to play matches during certain timeslots, see Schedule. Controllers can be picked up at the compo-desk.

The console will be set up near the crew-area. Controllers can be picked up at the compo-desk in exchange for your ID-card during the lending of the controller.
