The brackets for the CS: Source competition are now available (after some delay). The brackets can be found below and the first games should be started ASAP if you have not done so already.
Remember that the Upper Bracket matches are all Best of Three, while the Lower Bracket matches are all Best of One.
Christophe is a student at Ghent University and he is doing his Masters degree in Criminology. For this purpose he's currently writing a thesis on "LAN party's in Vlaanderen" (LAN party's in Flanders).
The last decade has been marked by significant changes in the area of computers. LAN party's are not far behind in this speedy evolution.
After a few successfull years recently LAN party's have been marked by somewhat dark times because of the negative pubicity they had gained.
As of late things are spinning up again and maybe that's for the better.
There's very little research being done on the topic of LAN party's. All seems to focus on peer 2 peer downloading.
However, LAN party's are more than that, hence the research I've set up.
For that reason he'd like you to participate in a simple online survey. The questionaire consists of easy to follow checkboxes and short fields to complete.
Need not say that the more of you participate, the better quality the results will be.
Because it's that important to have as many participants as possible I've even included a small lottery among participants.
There's a few nice prizes to be won, among others a few Logitech gaming mice!

Our console corner competitions start at 6PM hosted in the console corner(Acces trough the stairs next to the toilets)!
The subscriptions are on Binarybeast.com as usual. To get comfirmed report yourself at the General compo admin at the compo desk. Subscriptions close at 6PM.
There is no possibility to play overtime, due this we're changing the rules in the bracket and playoff to compensate:
In the brackets: In case of a tie the total goal diffrence will count
In the playoffs: BO3 will be played instead of a single game

Hello Legendary gamers,
Zaterdagochtend om 12.00 gaan we van start met de 3vs3 LoL compo.
Dit tornooi is enkel open voor mensen die deelnemen aan de Frag-o-Matic lanparty.
Inschrijvingen gebeuren via onze website www.gyx.be .
Alle teams moeten zich registreren op de www.Gyx.be website en inschrijven voor het 3vs3 tornooi.
(om in te schrijven heb je een team nodig met minstens 3 spelers + summonersnames)
We spelen double elimination en de finale zal gespeeld worden op het podium.
Hier en daar horen we dat we inschrijvingsgeld zouden vragen, dit is dus NIET waar.
Ons 3vs3 tornooi is VOLLEDIG GRATIS.
De prizesupport:
Behalve de coolness van op het podium te spelen en het beste 3vs3 van FoM te zijn ;)
1ste plaats: Een ticket voor de Grote finale van het OutPost event (= zeker van 150€)
2de plaats: Een ticket voor een qualifier naar keuze (= 40€)
