Like our previous edition, we'll be organizing a small venue with different activities related to gaming. FoMCON is honored to welcome following partners EA, 9lives, Sakari Games and GriN and we'll have a testing area with some high-end computers on which you can test new games!

EA returns as one of our main partners for FoMCON! They'll bring at least 6 game pods with them, on which you'll have the opportunity to test out brand new games for the first time live in Belgium! Following exclusive showcases will be presented:

FIFA Street
Syndicate
These games will be playable on the gaming pods. All showcases are anticipated and subject to change.
In addition they'll be organizing an exclusive Mass Effect 3 COOP funcompo in which participants can win 4 collector editions of Mass Effect 3! As soon as these collection editions have been released, the prize packages will be sent to the winners. So make sure to download the demo which will be released on February 14th and practice your skills!
And that's not all ... they provide a prize packet containing the most recent top games, valued at €1000.00! These games will be divided among our different competitions.
Last but not least, they hand out a bunch of Battlefield 3 t-shirts! The EA Wall will be present between the booths of 9lives and Tones.
As we announced earlier, 9lives will also be present as one of our main partners during this edition. With their own booth next to the crew area, they'll spread exclusive event coverage online. In the perspective of FoMCON they'll also provide a sneak preview of the highly anticipated title Counter Strike: GO! You'll be able to follow this sneak preview session live on our new HD beamers! And who knows... maybe there is a lucky one who can get a hands-on session...
In addition they'll organize a Portal 2 time trial funcompo at their booth! Also, 9lives will provide some incredible prizes which will be handed out during the event.
Two brand new partners this edition: GriN is known as a multi media company that has already designed multiple games for companies, cities and festivals. This company located in Antwerp already won many awards and is also the organization behind the Global Game Jams in Belgium.
Sakari Games is a Belgian indie developer that mostly works for big developers. For instance, they assisted in the development of the KetnetKickgame and Divinity II. Another game which they built is the highly addictive single-player game called 'Foreign Legion: Buckets of Blood'.
GriN and Sakari Games have decided to work together to respond to the big demand of the community to develop a multiplayer game based on Buckets of Blood. The beta-release of Foreign Legion: Multi Massacre will be done during FoM! Our participants will be among the first to test this fun multiplayer game. There will most likely be a team contest going on.
The booth of Grin & Sakari can be found between the booths of Tones and Gamegear.
PC Corner
Thanks to Tones and Corsair there will be about 10 PC's available for you to test some great games on. Both brand new titles as well as theme-related games (space invaders anyone?) will be available for extensive testing! Among those games will be Wasteland Angel, which was already shown during the first edition of FoMCON. A funcompo for this game will also be organized.
The PC Corner will be close to the GriN + Sakari and Tones booth.
We're convinced that all these great partners will offer an exclusive added value for our participants. Not only participants, but visitors as well are most welcome to visit FoMCON on Saturday, February 18th!
