Dear FoM-people. Make sure that you don't forget your sleeping bag and air matress to get through the night without any problems.
Unfortunately, it can also happen that an air mattress lies in the way of the other participants, or is blocking a fire exit. To prevent this, we have expanded the sleeping area in Hall B to 1600m². This means that there should be enough place for all participants.
Please don't leave any air mattresses or other large objects in the main Hall A. We ask all participants to sleep in the small hall B ('to sleeping area' on the seatmap). Visitors, food/drinks and electric pumps are not allowed in Hall B. It should always be 'quiet' in hall B!
At the entrance of the parking lot, a parking attendant will stop you to give instructions. Please follow the instructions of the parking attendants. If you have your FoM ticket printed out, you can take the fast check-in lane at the entrance. If not, you will need to take the slow check-in lane.
Every participant is only allowed to bring 1 PC or portable inside or outside FoM (except registered clanservers).
Everyone wants to spend two days at FoM in comfort without drowning into a pile of garbage. On the rows there will be garbage bags, please throw your garbage in these bags. Please bring your empty drink bottles back to the bar.
The crew will regularly patrol the hall, please follow their instructions (recognizable by the lanyard). At regular intervals a patrol of the local police will come by to see if everything runs properly. Please do not leave your stuff lying around: headsets, smartphone, ... it may be gone in a minute. Store it or take it with you when you go to sleep. You can protect your laptop through a security lock (available in the PC shop). Crew area, bar, expo and entrance will be under camera surveillance.
In case of theft, the police will always be notified! Offenders will be removed from the event!
