Regarding the cyberattack

Last week, our online infrastructure, including the Frag-o-Matic website, became the victim of a cyberattack which led to our website being temporarily offline.

We were hit pretty hard by this because they also deleted our offsite backups and we had to restore to an earlier version of the website (september 2022).

As a precautionary measure, we will reset all passwords. When you try to login, you will receive a new password by email. Please change the password to something only you know, after logging in again.

Customers who already received a ticket, these tickets are now unkown to the system so they will NOT be valid during the event. We do our best in the next coming days to restore these too. Accounts that have been created after september 2022 should create a new account so that we can restore your tickets.

The ticket sale is now open again.

Ik had 3 vroeg boek tickets gekocht. waarvan er al normaal 2 betaald zijn. Maar deze zie ik nog niet op mijn account.
Hopelijk zie ik die snel terug verschijnen. Of moet ik even mailen met de tickets mail wat jullie hebben gestuurd ?
