The seatmap for Frag-o-Matic 15.0 has been opened for quite some time, and quite some seats are already taken (no worries, there is still plenty of room left). Recently we've added a feature which allows you to cancel your seat reservation. You can use this feature for example when you notice that your team is sitting too far from you.
To make use of this feature, make sure you are logged in and go to the seatmap. Under the legend you'll see your current seatnumber and a button to cancel your seat reservation.

We would also want to use this opportunity to clarify something. In the previous edition we had a separate concept of 'group tickets'. Even though this product isn't available in our webshop, you can still order such tickets. Just order a regular ticket, and choose the desired amount of tickets. Once you've received your tickets you'll be able to assign them to your team mates and select seats on the seatmap.
