Become a Volunteer for Frag-o-Matic and Make a Difference!

Are you an enthusiastic gamer, organisational talent, or just someone who enjoys being part of a dynamic and passionate team? Frag-o-Matic, Belgium's biggest LAN party, is looking for volunteers to make the event an unforgettable experience! As a volunteer, you get the chance to work behind the scenes to help create a gaming community buzzing with energy. From build-up to tear-down there is a role to suit you! 

What are we looking for?

-Animation (Urgent)
Develop activities and encourage dynamic interaction with the audience.

-Editorial (Urgent)
Write news stories and design visually appealing graphics.

-Sponsorship (Urgent)
Manage and optimise relationships between Frag-o-Matic and its partners.

-Catering (Urgent)
Provide tasty food and happy participants.

-Network
Install switches during set-up and actively monitor the network during the event.

-Security
Ensure the security of the event by actively supervising and monitoring security cameras.

-Electricity 
Manage 3-phase cables, generators and power distributors for a reliable power supply.

-Competitions
Plan and coordinate a gaming competition and ensure the smooth running of the event.

-Helpdesk 
Provide support to participants and handle drink voucher sales.
