Signups for the SC2 compo have been opened. Like last year, the final check-in will take place on Friday, 22:00. The rulebook has received some updates, and can be found here. The most important things to notice are:
- This edition we will do the in-game coordination and communication through the in-game group “FoM Compo”. You can already join the group now on Battle.net. Through news posts and the chat channel we will make the most important announcements.
- A new rule has been added concerning the synergy between multiple compos (in particular the 1v1 and 2v2 competition for StarCraft II): you are allowed to playy games ahead of schedule, as long as you don’t jeopardize the other competition’s schedule. If you decide to play 1v1 games (severely) ahead of schedule while you should be playing 2v2, you will receive a walkover in the 2v2 bracket.
- Replays must be provided straight after the match by the winner and sent to the admins through email (duval@fom.be AND miserie@fom.be). If you cannot provide the replays a rematch will have to be played.
- The mappool has been updated to correspond to the WCS Season 1 mappool. Complete mappool can be found in the rulebook.
