It's probably one of our most known activities: our Grand openingsact and our famous PAIN competition. During the Grand Opening there will be some kind of a theme related contest. Of course we won't tell what that will be... We do known that the winner goes home with a prize packet worth of €340 thanks to Fractal Design, Roccat, Steelseries, Noctua and Norton!
Our PAINcompo got some great prizes as well. Those who will suffer make a chance of winning some prizes of our total prizepool worth of €620 thanks to Antec, Roccat and Norton!

The end of the payment period for "late entry" tickets is nearby. Tickets will be available until Tuesday, Sep 10 at 20h. You have the following options to pay them:
FoM can give every clan a seat next to each other if you pay your ticket before the end of the payment period. The "final" seatmap will be made Tuesday evening. Mail seatmap@fom.be and give us the names of your team but only after you paid for the tickets.
If there are any seats left at Tuesday evening, then you still have the option to buy a ticket at the entrance for 50 EUR (cash only). We can not promise that your whole team can sit next to each other but we'll do our best to make it possible.
The FIFA games have always been present at our event. That's why we are providing a nice prizepool, higher than the already announced €500 value. With a prizepool of €750 value it sure is worth playing for!

During this watery edition of Frag-o-Matic we can count on the help given by Drone for any First Aid. This awesome dude works on an ambulance in real life for Falck and he will be our go-to guy for any problems.

Seatmap reservations are possible from now on. If you already have a ticket, then you can make a seat reservation. (click on the "seats" icon on the right side of this web page, under "quick links")
Do this by clicking on a white square on the seat map. Brown squares are locked. When you reserve a white square, the brown square next to it will be unlocked and becomes white. Your best friend or clanmate will then be able to reserve it and sit next to you. The black squares are disabled and will not be unlocked automatically. These are rows which will open only after a predefined number of tickets have been sold (C, G, J, K, R), or which have been reserved for a few very large teams who have already contacted us about it in the last months.
Teams can always send a mail to seatmap@fom.be to reserve seats for the whole team. This is usefull for teams where everybody buys their own ticket through the webshop. If only 1 person buys tickets for the whole team, then he can reserve al the necessary seats through his account, this will save you a lot of time & effort. If you send a mail for assistance of an admin, please mention very clear the seat numbers and associated nick names (f.e. A1 - TheKiller, A2 - TheVictim). Admins can only reserve seats for valid tickets.
If you have reserved a seat, please don't assume that this reservation is final. Admins can still kick your reservation and give you a new seat. This is important near the end of the reservation period to make sure that random white squares come together to make room for extra teams. That's why it is important that you select the right clan in your profile. Admins will always make sure that players of the same clan will be seated next to each other, and will not kick your reservation or change it to a random spot on the other side of the seatmap if you have the same clan in your profile as the people with seats next to you (or he would have to replace the whole team...).
For the few lucky bastards who have a VIP ticket (sold out): our VIP manager will contact you to select your seats. Our VIP manager is always happy to be at your service and will give you an extra big table and a comfortable chair with a super soft pillow :-)

In a month the Oktoberhallen will be transformed to one hell of a gaming festival! Our event receives the support from many partners active in the videogame and hardware industry. They provide us with great prizes and animation activities. As always, this edition we have a lot in store for you!
We start with Logitech G, known among many gamers as a very decent hardware producer! This year they launched a new gaming line called Logitech G Science wins where they solve some common problems with gaming gear through various scientific tests.
Logitech G provides us with prizes of up to €3500 value for our prizepool! These products can be won in one of the Grand competitions as well as some of the fun competitions we have planned (TBA).
Logitech G Spiral competition
Logitech G will be visiting our event along with their Logitech G steady hand game, the Spiral. They organise this fun contest where you have one minute to traverse the Spiral as much as possible. The winner takes home a complete package of Logitech G gaming gear!

We decided to give Call of Duty 4 MW1 another change. This means that we will be having an official compo for COD4. With this decision you can subscribe without the fear of this compo not being played.

Awesome Retro is a group of guys dedicated to old school retro gaming consoles. All the stuff they have is donated and perhaps even repaired and then given a second life.
Nintendo’s, Sega’s, Commodore, Atari and even the old school Pong console.
We have reserved 100 m2 for them to set up their game “heritage.” You can play their consoles whole weekend! (20 consoles more then 40 play seats)
If you have an old or broken console, you can donate this to the Awesome Retro crew. They can use it in future events or use it for spare parts to repair their consoles with.
