Check-in:
Frag-o-Matic 25.1 starts September 6 at 18:00. After the doors open, check-in will follow. To make this process as smooth as possible, we ask you to keep the following items handy:
- Your ticket
- Identity card
I am going to FoM 25.1 and I am taking with me?
- Your computer and essential peripherals. If you cannot bring a PC, it is possible to rent a PC with peripherals during the LAN party. FoM : Webshop
- Update your games before you leave! Bandwidth for downloads will be limited.

- Be sure to double-check that you have packed your power cables, image cables, power strip (without fuse or switch), network cables,... have packed.
- Sleeping bag and/or mattress if you have not booked a hotel room (a separate sleeping area is provided, do not sleep in the rows or under your table, it hinders the passage).

- We ask every participant and visitor to abide by our general regulations.

- The general smoking ban also applies to e-cigarettes and vaping
- Keep your gaming area clean and throw your rubbish in the rubbish bags provided.
Empty bottles can be disposed of at the bar.
- Please place any Oktoberhallen chairs you are not using at the front of the queue.

Where to turn if I have a question or problem?
- The helpdesk! (This can be found to the left of the stage) Do you have a question, have computer problems, complaints or need first aid? The helpdesk is standing by!
- You can always email support@fom.be or make a ticket in our discord.
- In case of problems with a competition, you can contact the compodesk, which is located next to the helpdesk.
- If necessary, the helpdesk also sells network cables, power strips and earplugs. (While stocks last)
Useful information:
- Drink and food tickets are available at the bar (cash only) and at the helpdesk (cash and bancontact)
- The number of your seat in the hall can be found on your wristband
- The Oktoberhallen does not provide cash withdrawal facilities
- Frag-o-Matic provides its own extensive catering service. The complete catering offer can be found here: http://www.fom.be/contents/view/food-and-drink
- Bringing prepared food from external catering services is not allowed.
